About MSA Manager LLC

The MSA Manager LLC is a one-stop vendor intake solution that is tailored specifically for oil and gas operators and private-equity-backed management teams who want this process run by a team of advisors with experience managing this process over and over again.

The MSA Manager was designed by professionals who have worked for years with oil and gas operators and management teams to streamline their vendor intake systems. What the team has learned is that the entire vendor intake process can be a cumbersome distraction for these management teams whose time is better spent focusing on their mission – not pushing paper, haggling with vendors over credit applications and references, reviewing certificates of insurance, getting W-9s in place, responding to vendor requests for references, and the like. The MSA Manager LLC does all of this for their clients in a streamlined fashion that interfaces seamlessly with the operators

How It Works

The MSA Manager provides a suite of forms customized to the client’s preferences. This includes a Vendor Application, Vendor Safety Form, Vendor Credit Application, a form Master Service Agreement developed in consultation with the operators in-house or outside counsel.

The MSA Manager will identify several methods for the client to make a request to have a specific vendor qualified. These methods can be as easy as telling the vendor to email [client name]@msamanager.com making the request – The MSA Manager takes it from there.

We are a concierge-style service meaning that if the client needs a vendor qualified on a rush basis, we are there to make it happen immediately – day, night, holiday, or otherwise. Then, when the vendor is qualified, the client is notified and the vendor is ready to go.

The Client Portal

The client can login through a password protected client portal to access a status report for all vendors, whether they are qualified, and if not, where they are in the process.

MSA Redlines

The MSA Manager will interface directly with your in-house counsel or designated outside counsel to negotiate any redline changes a vendor may request to your standard MSA form.
